Does it work for everybody?

No, it doesn't. However, for those who don't stop, it's usually for two main reasons.

They have come to the session to stop smoking because someone else wants them to quit!
They are going to use hypnotherapy to fail again so they can say "I've tried everything, even Hypnotherapy, I just can't stop smoking".

Can you stop me from putting on weight after I've given up?

If a stop smoking session is done correctly, there will be no reason for any weight gain.

With my sessions, I focus on your personal reasons for giving up smoking i.e. health, money, smell, etc.

Unlike smoking, over-eating is usually symptomatic of deeper issues which take more than one session to resolve. For example, it may be related to stress, historical issues, emotional pressures, etc. It would normally take 3-6 sessions to get to the root cause of the over-eating and help eliminate the reasons that caused you to over-eat in the first place.
